Fatigue and tiredness

There may be a number of  reasons why a person is tired or suffering from fatigue.

Causes

Tiredness can be caused by several reasons. It could be just sheer boredom or depression. It also could be a symptom of many diseases, and so caution must be taken it may be a good idea to talk to your GP.

Fatigue may also be due to a variety of reasons, like. Stress, overwork, poor diet or anaemia. If Fatigue is suffered over a long period of times, speaking to a GP would be the best choice.
