Bee pollen

Bee pollen is made when bees come into contact with their hives brushing the pollen that they have collected from flowers and mixed with saliva and nectar,  on to the inside of the hive, they store the mix of pollen, saliva and nectar in sacks on their legs.

Which can then be used as a supplement that holds many benefits especially as it is rich in Vitamins B1, B2, B6, A, C, D and E but also in minerals like calcium, iron, zinc, sodium, selenium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, manganese, silicon and copper. (1)
