Boron is a non-metallic element which is found in food and the body in small amounts.

Food sources of boron include kale, potatoes, spinach, grains, beans, prunes, raisins, fruits including apples, and nuts, in fact, the majority of foods contain boron including chicken and rice, it is even found in water.
